Shipping policy

We deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders within our delivery area. Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping transit takes 3–5 business days. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days from order placement. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

We send shipping confirmation and tracking details when the order is dispatched. Please enter a complete street address at checkout. If an address is outside our service area or cannot be delivered to, we will contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the order. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@nestavellehome.com with your order number so we can investigate. Delivery estimates are based on our standard service and do not guarantee a specific arrival date.
