Nestavelle Home sells physical furniture and home storage products through https://nestavellehome.com. Product options, descriptions, prices, and applicable taxes are shown on product pages and at checkout. Orders are placed and paid for through the website checkout. Accepted payment options are those displayed at checkout. We deliver only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and do not accept deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders in our delivery area. Order processing takes 1–3 business days, shipping transit takes 3–5 business days, and estimated total delivery takes 4–8 business days. Returns, including change-of-mind returns, can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Request return authorization before sending an item back and ship the authorized return within 14 calendar days after authorization. Customer-paid return shipping applies to change-of-mind returns; we cover applicable return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee. We inspect received returns within 1–3 business days and initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 3–5 calendar days.
