Payment Policy

The total price, applicable taxes, and accepted payment options are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Select one of the payment options available at checkout and complete payment to submit an order. Payments are processed through the checkout's payment providers. Please do not email payment card details to customer support.

If a payment is declined, the order cannot be completed using that payment attempt. Check your details or use another available checkout option. Refunds for approved returns are initiated to the original payment method according to our Return & Refund Policy. If you have a question about a charge or refund, contact support@nestavellehome.com with your order number. We do not accept payment requests outside our store checkout for website orders.
